The swimming pool is a glorious feature of this complex. Strangely reminiscent of Venice, with its own 'Rialto bridge' that takes you across the 'Grand Canal' to the pagoda and the gardens beyond, the venetian allusion ends with the crystal clear blue waters.
THE VILLA
THE ACCOMMODATION
The apartment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, large fridge freezer, table and chairs leading to Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A wonderful tiled bathroom with twin washbasins, bath, separate shower and wc.
The lounge has settees, side units, coffee table, lamps, satellite TV and DVD player, leading to the sheltered terrace with table , chairs and loungers looking onto the pool and gardens.
The Olympic sized pool has a shallow end, jacuzzi, waterfalls, parasols and loungers, and a bar providing those refreshing drinks and snacks.
The large bedroom has king size bed, bedside drawers, lamps and double wardrobe looking onto the pool.
The complex is located a 5 mins walk to the Es Forti Beach (Calo des Pou), shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has a snack bar, loungers and parasols for hire, from this beach boats visit which offer trips to other beaches in the area.
There are many wonderful sandy beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. There is also a wonderful sea water pool in the rocks a moments walk away from the complex, a wonderful place to watch the sun go down.
AREA
The marina of beautiful Cala d'Or attracts yachts and smaller craft from throughout the Mediterranean. This has given rise to a large number of superb restaurants that cater for every taste, together with up-market shops. Numerous small coves with their sandy beaches (Callas) are waiting to be 'discovered', as are the nearby fishing villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Cristo and Porto Colom. The famous Cuevas del Drach (Dragon's Caves), with their mile of stunning caverns and underground lake, are close by and well worth a visit.

Cala d'Or is approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma airport. Attractive car hire rates from a local company can be made available on request. Alternatively, a transfer service can be arranged.
